Around noon today AT&T, our Internet Service Provider, experienced severe problems with some of their equipment.
As a result our Internet access was down, for the most part, until just after 3 pm.
It appears to be ok at this time.

The Feb 13, 2008 upgrade was accomplished on schedule. No problems reported.

Varnet's Internet provider, AT&T, has announced an IOS upgrade, the Routers operating system, on the Router Varnet is connected to. The upgrade is scheduled to be preformed between the hours of midnight and 6 am on February 13, 2008. Internet service outside of the Ducor Internet area will be down for all or part of that time.
Incoming Email may be delayed, but will start arriving within a few hours after service is restored.
Outgoing Email will be held by VarNet's Server and will be sent after service is restored.
